About the "Basic's Box"
Items in your box/pack are a guide to what you can expect to receive. Select your preferred option and we will Endeavor to cater to your request. Please understand we may be limited in choice by what is available to purchase on the day, if this is the case, we will substitute with what is in season or equivalent in value.
We will incorporate vegetables grown from our own market garden or add a bonus freebie heirloom veggie for you to try depending on availability.

About "Build a Box"
"Build a Box" gives you the flexibility to build your own fruit & veggie box.
No need to swap items or put up with veggies you're not fond of. Now you can pick what you want for your family and/or meet your dietary requirements.
To build your own fruit and veggie box please select "Build A Box" and place in your shopping cart, then you can select any "Add On" fruit or vege or "Pack" in our shop. Thats it!

Pick up is on Tuesday’s from 3pm – 5:30pm

Home Delivery is on Tuesday from 6pm within 5km Coonabarabran – Delivery Fee $5.50
Why Tuesday's?
Tuesdays are the best days to get the freshest possible produce from our suppliers. We currently do not have any cool room facility therefore it is best to pick up your box on Tuesday afternoon 3-5:30pm
Don’t worry your box will arrive to Coona in frigerated style and stay fresh till you come to pick up your box.
Public Holiday Exception
When there is a Monday Public Holiday our suppliers receive fresh produce on the Wednesday. We will move our pickup day to Wednesday instead of Tuesday for that week only.
When can I order my box?
Purchase your box from Wed to Sun and receive your box the following Tues for pick up or delivery.
How can I reorder a box?
This is a pay as you go service. Which means if you would like a box weekly fortnightly or monthly basis you will need to come back and place another order with us, weekly fortnightly or monthly as we currently do not have a recurring subscription option online. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Refund?
Strictly no refunds, unless Coona Fresh has made the error.
If you feel an item in your box is not up to standard, let us know and we can compensate you with “extra’s” on your next box.

Our wholesale suppliers source produce from either Sydney Markets or direct from Qld & Vic farms. You pay the wholesale price we only charge our frigerated delivery fee.
